Short version: we use your details to get back to you and do your job, and for nothing else.
Who we are. RLG Construction Ltd, company number 16751899, based in Saltney, Chester. Contact: info@rlgconstruction.co.uk.
What we collect. When you ring, email or use the quote form on this site, we keep your name, phone number, email if you give it, postcode and what the job is.
Why. To reply to you, quote for and carry out your project, and keep the records a building company has to keep. We may also send a short follow-up, for example to check you got a quote or to ask for a review. You can tell us to stop at any time.
Who sees it. Our website and enquiry system is run for us by Oakmere Marketing Ltd (Chester), who process enquiries on our behalf and do not use your details for anything else. We never sell your data.
This website. It sets no cookies. A small script counts enquiries and phone taps so we know the site is working; it does not track you across other sites.
How long. Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for 6 years as required for tax and guarantees.
Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Email us and we'll sort it.
Got a question?
Ring us or send the form and we'll get back to you.
